For the past few years I have been taking one of two online meditation courses offered by Delphi. These courses are sequential and certified. One must take the Mystical Path series before they are eligible to take the Eternal Way. I have two more levels to go before I will receive a certificate for the Mystical Path series. It is difficult to express just how much doing this work has helped me to progress on my Spiritual journey. It has truly changed my life. Through doing this series I have learned how to go into higher levels of consciousness, had mystical experiences, benefited from the wisdom and love of the avatars, experienced a oneness with the Universe, brought Spirit into body (as above, so below) and had validation of those experiences. And that is not all. I plan on going on to the Eternal Way when I finish the first series. I can not compare it to any other meditation course, as this is the only one I have taken. I do think it is expensive. Initial level was only $149.00 but it increases second level up to about $300.00 and increases again. Again, I can not compare it to other classes, but I will say, I do not regret one penny. For me this work has been transformational. They also have you choose a mentor which is really nice. The classes go up to 6 weeks,first level has 4, with a new lesson every week. You meditate five days out of 7, write down everything you experience, and send it to your mentor who sends you feedback. You select a mentor when you sign up. I am changing my mentor so I have no recommendations for you. Delphi is located in Georgia. Information about the courses are on their website.
